The Maison Universitaire France-Japon (MUFJ) is a service that belongs to the University of Strasbourg. It was founded in 2001 and it is the only University House related to Japan in France. It aims to reinforce academic and research cooperation between the two countries.
It also aims to promote Japanese culture through the organization of various events on Japanese themes.
