Résumé:
Since immediately after the accident at TEPCO’s Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant in 2011, the lecturer’s laboratory had been analyzing nuclear reactor accidents and proposing plans for early convergence. In this talk, I will describe the accident scenario of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant Unit 1 and discuss why we could not prevent the nuclear accident by comparing with the safety measures of aircrafts and Shinkansen trains.
